By accessing or using the TrimVerde website, mobile interfaces, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of the State of Texas to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a banner on the Service at least seven (7) days before they become effective. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Service: TrimVerde website, mobile interfaces, booking platform, and related features.
Customer: Any person who creates an account, requests a quote, or books a service.
Independent Contractor / Pro: Third-party lawn-care professional verified by TrimVerde. Not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of TrimVerde.
Booking: A confirmed request, paid or scheduled, for a specific service at a specific address and time window.
Service Area: ZIP codes 77471, 77406, 77469, 77407, 77477, 77459, 77489, 77478, 77479, 77498, 77441 — Fort Bend County, TX.
Servicio: El sitio web, interfaces móviles, plataforma de reservas y funcionalidades relacionadas de TrimVerde.
Cliente: Cualquier persona que cree una cuenta, solicite una cotización o reserve un servicio.
Contratista Independiente / Profesional: Profesional de cuidado de jardines verificado por TrimVerde. No es empleado ni agente de TrimVerde.
Reserva: Solicitud confirmada, pagada o agendada, para un servicio específico en una dirección y horario específicos.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing a Booking, and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hola@trimverde.com of any unauthorized access.
Aceptas proporcionar información precisa, actual y completa al crear una cuenta o realizar una Reserva. Eres responsable de proteger tu contraseña y de cualquier actividad bajo tu cuenta. Notifícanos de inmediato a hola@trimverde.com sobre cualquier acceso no autorizado.
TrimVerde performs identity verification and a basic skills assessment of every Independent Contractor. Vetting is not a guarantee of work quality, and TrimVerde disclaims all warranties regarding work performed by Independent Contractors except as expressly provided in Section 8 (Quality Guarantee).
TrimVerde realiza verificación de identidad y evaluación básica de habilidades a cada Contratista Independiente. La verificación no garantiza la calidad del trabajo. TrimVerde renuncia a toda garantía sobre el trabajo realizado por los Contratistas Independientes salvo lo dispuesto en la Sección 8.
All payments are processed via Stripe. By submitting a Booking you authorize TrimVerde to charge the payment method provided. Prices are in US Dollars. Texas sales tax (8.25%) is collected and remitted by TrimVerde.

+12h before: Full refund, no charge.
2–12h before: $10 flat fee (rescheduling within this window is free).
<2h / Pro en route: 50% of Booking price.
No-show: 50% (after Pro waits 10 min and attempts contact).

2–12h antes: Cargo fijo de $10 (reagendar en esa ventana es gratis).
Menos de 2h / Pro en ruta: 50% del precio de la Reserva.

If a Customer is not satisfied with the quality of service, TrimVerde will, at its sole discretion: (a) schedule a free re-visit within 48 hours; (b) provide a partial or full credit toward a future Booking; or (c) issue a partial or full refund. Customer must notify TrimVerde within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible.
Si un Cliente no está satisfecho con la calidad del servicio, TrimVerde, a su exclusivo criterio: (a) programará una re-visita gratuita dentro de 48 horas; (b) proporcionará un crédito parcial o total; o (c) emitirá un reembolso parcial o total. El Cliente debe notificar a TrimVerde dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la finalización del servicio.
